La Zerla consists of two adjacent buildings, which are connected to each other by the breakfast room and the reception area (both located on the ground floor).

La Zerla offers 12 rooms.

This tourist accommodation is inappropriate for families with children under the age of 10.

Smoking is not permitted within the entire building, which means neither in the rooms nor in the public areas.

We don’t accept credit cards and EC-bank cards.

Pets are not allowed.

ROOMS CASA PRINCIPALE

The “Casa Principale” rooms are all situated on the first floor and face the garden and offer a glimpse of Lake Garda.
Each room has a private bathroom with shower, WC and bidet..

SUITE CASA PRINCIPALE

The “Suite Casa Principale” is located at the first floor back looking. It consist of doorway/living room, two bed rooms with a bathroom each.

ROOMS RUSTICO

The rooms of the Rustico have very recently been renovated and are situated on two levels, the ground floor and the first floor. The rooms on the first floor face the garden and offer a glimpse of Lake Garda. Each room has a private bathroom with shower/WC

SUITE RUSTICO

Our suite is a result of the renovation of the Rustico. It features an entrance hall, bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge. The lounge faces both the courtyard and the garden and offers a glimpse of Lake Garda.

COURTESY ROOM

A courtesy room has a small living room and a bathroom with shower. It might be interesting for those guests who plan to stay a bit longer.
